Professional Drivers Ibiza
Terms and Conditions
- Professional Drivers Ibiza work with reservations only.
- Our drivers will be at the agreed destination at the time agreed with you. If you are late, we will charge you waiting time.
- Professional Drivers Ibiza accept no responsibility for loss or damage to any luggage/property carried in their vehicles, irrespective of the manner in which the loss/damage is sustained.
- Professional Drivers Ibiza adopt a non-smoking, non-drinking or non-eating policy in each of their vehicles.
- Late bookings (within 2 hours of required time) will only be accepted subject to availability.
- Professional Drivers Ibiza will not be held responsible for any meeting/ appointment/ flight missed as a result of traffic or road conditions out with the control of our drivers. However, every possible effort will be made to avoid such a situation.
- Professional Drivers Ibiza will charge a valeting fee of up to €100 for misuse/ fouling of their vehicle (e.g. vomiting).
- Professional Drivers Ibiza have a minimum charge of €20 for any travels.
- Professional Drivers Ibiza will charge an additional fee for more than four passengers.
- Professional Drivers Ibiza will charge an 15% extra fee for nightly transfers (2am – 7am).
- Professional Drivers Ibiza reserves the right to charge:
- 50% cancellation fee if notified of cancellation once driver is on his way.
- 100% cancellation fee if no notification of cancellation received.
- Airport pick ups, VIP Transportations & Reservations have to be notified and reserved minimum 24 hours beforehand.
- For VIP Transportation Services & Summer Rentals, Professional Drivers Ibiza
- Require a deposit of 50% to secure all provisional bookings and this must be received at least 24 hours before scheduled reservation.
- Charge 25% cancellation fee if notified of cancellation more than 24 hours before scheduled reservation.
- Charge 50% cancellation fee (deposit) if notified of cancellation between 12 and 24 hours before scheduled reservation.
- Charge 100% cancellation fee if notified of cancellation within less than 12 hours or if no notification at all.
- The outstanding balance of any reservation is due to Professional Drivers Ibiza immediately upon completion of reservation, either in cash to the driver or by credit card through our main office.
- Sushi & Champagne Catering Service:
- Must be contacted at least 72 hours in advance for any event less than 30 people.
- Must be contacted at least 1 week in advance for any event more than 30 people.
- Sushi & Champagne Catering Service reserves the right to:
- Charge a 30% deposit of total price before event, which will be charged as cancellation fee in case of cancellations, and outstanding sum after completion of event.
